I work in Pune University and this area was perfect for me. The vibe is semi-urban, and I like the greenery around Bopodi hill. It also feels safe to live here alone

The area is calm and not congested. But for someone without a car, daily essentials or even a good school nearby are hard to reach without traveling 4–5 km.

I’m slightly disappointed with the slow infrastructure development. No metro access or reliable civic amenities yet, which delays ROI. Not ideal for quick returns.

It is a budget-friendly locality for professionals and students too. My office is in Siruseri and I got a temporary stay here. I mostly work from home so ocassional commuting is fine although lack of public transport is a big disadvantage for me.

I wish the civic authorities were more proactive about road maintenance. I’ve been living here for 4 years. While it's peaceful and low on pollution, basic infrastructure like bus connectivity and street lighting are rare.

Drainage is poor and roads are very patchy. It's a struggle to pass through the lanes. I am here for a temporary stay for my internship. The greenery is the only positive for me

Nallambakkam is a calm and affordable area, perfect if you want some peace while still staying connected to Southern Chennai. Buses are easily available, and the Kelambakkam Vandalur road makes travel easy. With IT parks and offices not too far, it’s good for professionals who want a quieter place to come home to after work.
