Great rail connectivity here. Chembur location is popular and established so growth rate is higher. but there is limited premium housing stock which drives away some families and many investors

I found the area pretty practical. Rent is more affordable than central Chembur or areas like Tilak Nagar...

Mysore Colony feels very local and has a friendly neighborhood vibe..festivals are usually vibrant as people come together to celebrate especially ganesh chaturthi..but i have to agree the road conditions can improve and the traffic chaos is real

Lifestyle here is basic nothing fancy..chembus has an industrial presence too so the area feels more dusty and noisy than typical Mumbai

Living here for almost a decade..i've grown to be comfortable here..i can't really think about shifting elsewhere..there are good restaurants and hospitals and markets nearby so it doesn't feel very problematic or isolated..you also got the famous chhatrapati shivaji maharaj statue here..the area gets crowded often but that's Mumbai
