One of Chennai’s oldest areas, and commercial hub near the beach, and easy access to Parry's and Richie street, where shopping lovers can find everything from electronics to home things and daily products. Excellent connectivity via bus, metro, and train stations. Perfect for traders, small business owners, and families who prefer staying close to the city’s commercial hub.

Love the neighborhood..very vibrant and safe..rent is also fair for the location.you're close to mannadi metro and royapuram station...

I usually take my bike to avoid the heavy traffic at the Mannadi junction. The streets are very narrow and can get noisy

The area feels safe because the police patrolling near the Muthialpet station is quite regular. There are many schools like the Muthialpet Girls School nearby, so it is a very family-oriented

My weekends are usually spent exploring the heritage buildings or taking the metro to Anna Nagar for a change of scene. public transport is so good that I rarely use my own vehicle for long distances...but waterlogging is an issue here during rains..

there is potential in redeveloping old structures into modern spaces for more value..but anyway, the liquidity here is high.. if you put a property up for sale, you find buyers within weeks because of the local business communities
