I invested in Munirka due to its location near South Campus and JNU. While returns are decent, civic issues like sewage overflow and limited parking make it less attractive for long-term ownership.

Lived here as a tenant for three years. Connectivity is excellent, especially with the Munirka Metro Station nearby. However, the streets are too narrow, and garbage disposal is not very systematic here

I have lived in Munirka for over 5 years as a tenant. It’s ideal for students and bachelors. The availability of PGs and cheap food is great, but not suitable for families with children.

As an investor, I feel Munirka has performed fairly well in terms of rental yield. Tenants are easy to find but infrastructure development is very slow here and so is the property appreciation rate

Rented a 2 BHK here during my first job in Delhi. Metro and bus access were a blessing, but stray dogs and waterlogging in monsoon made the experience less pleasant.

As a tenant, I appreciated how well-connected Munirka is. Metro, buses, and autos are all nearby. The downside was the noise from the street vendors early in the morning.
