I rented here mainly because rents were lower than central Bangalore. It’s basically Bagalakunte / Manjunatha Nagar. There are old buildings mostly. It's not super polished, but decent for the price.

Muneshwar Nagar is a small area within Manjunatha nagar. the metro is the biggest advantage. you dont have to suffer through traffic much

Daily life is convenient here. grocery shops, small marts and clinics nearby. there are some local temples around too. It doesnt have a lavish lifestyle but decent enough

I work in nagasandra so this area felt pretty convenient. its safe and also cheap. flats aren't premium. the interiors are mostly old style design, but its livable. I'm just glad theres metro in walking distance

Muneshwara Nagar isn’t a mainstream Bangalore hotspot yet but it’s improving because of metro connections and rising interest around Peenya industrial areas
