Getting autos to Shaheed Sthal metro from Mukund Nagar is very easy. Daily market items are right around the corner so no need to travel far. Rents here are around 12k for decent places. Evening traffic near GT Road is the only issue.

Area is decent for living since everything is nearby. Water supply comes only 2 hours in morning and evening so overhead tanks are needed. Roads inside Mukund Nagar are narrow and parking on the street is a daily headache.

Very safe neighbourhood with good schools and tuition centres nearby. Main markets like Gandhi Nagar and Patel Nagar are walking distance. Streets have good lights now and getting daily milk and veggies is completely sorted here.

Commute time during peak hours is terrible. The main signal near Old Bus Stand gets totally jammed every evening. Takes almost 25 minutes just to clear 1 km. Roads inside get flooded even with light rain.

Location is central in Ghaziabad so reaching Ghaziabad railway station takes only 10 minutes by auto. Noise levels on main roads are high though. Water quality is so so and TDS level is high so RO is a must.

Parks like Charan Singh Park are close for morning walks. Pharmacies and clinics are all within 5 minutes walk which is nice. Only problem is young boys riding bikes fast through narrow lanes in the afternoon.

Finding parking space for a car here is nearly impossible. Streets are packed with cars parked on both sides. Dust from open garbage points on the roadside makes it worse. NGL driving here in the evening is pure pain.

Demand for rental flats is high because metro and colleges are close. Rental yield is good with 2BHK going for 15k easily. Area stays busy throughout the day so commercial shops also do good business.

Good place for students because PGs are affordable around 7k with food. Shared autos to metro cost 15 rupees only. Food joints and photocopy shops are plentiful... but power cuts happen for 1 hour almost daily in summer.

Loading and unloading stock in Mukund Nagar market is a massive pain due to narrow roads. Customers struggle to park bikes outside shops. Garbage pickup by municipal truck is irregular... streets smell bad by afternoon.
