I bought a small retail shop here. Business is slow but steady. Not booming, but not a loss either.

Bought a small builder floor here a decade ago. Property value has appreciated steadily. Excellent for those seeking long-term growth in a centrally located area.

Living here has its pros like great transport and low rent. But the area can get noisy, especially near Kashmere Gate.

Great for students. I stayed here while preparing for UPSC. Everything—study material, food, and transport—is nearby. Loved the area

I bought a retail space thinking of high walk-in business. It’s decent, but profits are average due to competition from roadside vendors and lack of footpath space.

The biggest perk of living here is getting access to delhi junction right off your house. But that obviously will come with noise and congestion. Now I wish I took a house in farther junctions.

Mori Gate feels busy and too crowded. It is a convenient area if you travel a lot. It is also too polluted

Moti Gate is perfect for families. It has metro, railway junctions, bus stops all close. The area feels vibrant. But the traffic on hamilton road is unbeatable at times. Its super frustrating

I lived here for a year since I worked in a bank nearby. The rent was fine, and area feels lively but too dusty. No doubt the railway junction and metro close by helps in commuting farther places, but the crowd that comes with it was exhausting to tackle everyday

Great connectivity here. Rarely you find a place which has multiple metro lines and also the city railway junction. This helps in property value appreciation. But there's risks too. In case of investing, it is important to look for active area and choose the right block because micro location also matters
