I picked Kashmere Gate for commute. ISBT is close and the dedicated Kashmere Gate Metro Station is an interchange of Red, Yellow and Violet lines. There are plenty of budget eateries around. Evenings, I walk near the riverfront stretch. Safe feel due to constant police presence and CCTV.

Everything is close, metro, ISBT, markets, and clinics. The area feels secure with constant police patrols. Festivals are lively but crowd control is good.

The area is great for students. PGs are plenty, and ISBT buses save time and money. We get affordable restaurants for paratha, chole bhature, Chinese, etc. Noise and crowds are constant near the terminals. For quiet study, I go to Delhi Public Library side.

Bought a 1BHK near the Metro because of unbeatable connectivity. Kashmere Gate Metro Station is a triple metro line interchange plus ISBT is nearby. Strong rental demand from students and office-goers.
