Morai is peaceful to live. no noise or traffic to bear. But markets and shops are far from here. You need to have your own vehicle to move around easil

The area is calming. there's no buzz around here but daily commute takes very long

Morai has larger plots and the neighborhood is very calm and nice to live in if you dont like the constant honking and noise

Rent is very cheap and houses are spacious and well ventilated. I like that its not very congested. but there are still issues like improper street lighting, drainage issues, bad roads etc

This area required long term patience. Its good for plotting projects but infrastructure is not develoepd and theres lack of transport and civic amenities.
