The area is peaceful and filled with greenery, less congested too. Also, most plots here allow you to build row houses or bungalows with enough yard space. which is not possible in core city areas. But civic amenities like street lighting and drainage is still poor.

Rental demand here is not very strong due to limited infrastructure. But mostly people prefer it for low cost of living and peaceful lifestyle. Property values are appreciating fast too with the rising IT development. But if you're looking to invest in branded flats or townships, this area doesn’t have much. It’s mostly local constructions.

Love the Katraj Lake nearby. The area is relatively calmer than central Pune. I recently shifted here at a cheaper rental flat, and so far it's good. Good for remote work as social lifestyle amenities are limited
