Infrastructure is decent with consistent water supply and electricity on most days, except power cuts in monsoon. Safety is good too, especially in the gated societies with CCTV survellaince. Local markets are within reach too, and the area is close to important places like IT zones and public transport

PGs are affordable in this area but not very safe to live alone as the lanes get very quiet after 7 pm and street lights are not enough to walk alone. I moved out within a year.

It's a clean neighborhood and all daily essentials are close by. My workplace is just 10 mins away so commuting is easy. Rent is affordable too. But public transport is not very reliable as buses run late and sometimes frequency is low.

The area is peaceful and generally quiet. There are grocery stores nearby and Star Mall is 2 km away so our weekends are usually spent there

I stayed in this area with my cousin when I was in Gurgaon for my internship. My workplace was a bit far - 9 km but my cousin usually dropped me and traffic is generally less here. The area is good and has decent infrastructure. The closest metro is around 5-6 km away so that doesn't help.
