Write a Review

Renting here is quite cheap, which is the only good part. The internal village roads are fully broken and muddy, and getting any auto to the main city area takes a long walk.

Mohammadpur Dwedha is a peaceful, rural pocket to live in away from city noise. We get good open space and clean air, but we have to completely rely on boring groundwater pumps.

Travel is a daily disaster from this area. There is zero public transport inside, so if you do not have your own bike or car, you will be stranded here for hours.

The area is growing slowly but the basic things are still missing. Streetlights do not work on the internal lanes at night, making it very dark and unsafe to walk after 8 PM.

It is a very calm neighborhood and people know each other well. For small medical needs or groceries we have to go to the nearby main road shops, as options inside are very less.

Staying here is frustrating because the mobile network signal is very weak inside the houses. Power cuts are also very frequent during the day, making it hard to study or stay connected.

I hate driving my car to this area because the connecting roads are extremely narrow and full of deep potholes. If another vehicle comes from the opposite side, you get stuck badly.

Land prices are low here compared to developed city sectors, making it a decent option for long-term holding. However, the local panchayat or authority needs to lay proper roads and drainage first.

Setting up a daily grocery shop here is good because local residents prefer buying nearby rather than traveling out. The only issue is the massive dust from the unpaved streets outside.

The area is open and quiet, but there are no proper parks or playing grounds for kids. Schools are also far away, so daily van travel is mandatory for the children.
