It’s not very clean during monsoons, but rents are reasonable for the location.

Everything is nearby, and the railway station is just a walk away. The area gets crowded during festivals and weekends, but that’s true for most Mumbai localities.

The society I live in is old but well maintained. You don’t need a vehicle for daily life and connectivity is good but there is a lot of street noise and honking.

We’ve owned property here for years. It’s still a very lived-in, functional space for middle-class families. Water and electricity are reliable, but the streets do need better maintenance from the authorities.

I bought a flat here five years ago, mainly because it was within budget and close to key hubs. Over the years, rental returns have remained solid
