I have been renting a 2 BHK here for a year. Rent is affordable, and the area is peaceful. Supermarkets and local shops are nearby. Water supply is good, but during rains, roads get waterlogged. No metro yet, but buses and trains are available. Overall, a decent place to stay

It is a calm area. It's away from city noise and the railway station is close too, around 600 metres, making commuting easy. However, power cuts happen during heavy rains. Roads have potholes, which is a concern. Still, for the rent I pay, it's worth it

I see potential in Minjur due to its location. Connectivity to Chennai is a plus. However, the absence of modern shopping centers might affect rental yields in the short term. Also, there's no direct metro connectivity here, which is another drawback.

Bought a house here five years ago. The area is peaceful and safe with friendly neighbors. Basic amenities are within walking distance. Schools and hospitals are nearby too, which is good for our family. the absence of metro is sometimes concerning, but overall, a good area.

My uncle's house is here, so we often come to this part of Chennai. Although it's a bit secluded from the Central Chennai, it still has all basic things you will need. But there's hardly any good cafes or fine dine restaurents here for families.
