I have been renting in Medavakkam for a year now. The area has good water supply, decent rental rates, and great access to OMR. But traffic congestion during peak hours is a downside.

The rent fits my budget well and the locality feels safe. But the approach roads are still being developed, and auto fares are high due to limited public transport.

My flat in Medavakkam always finds tenants easily. But I wish the civic body would improve garbage management. Otherwise, it’s a good long-term asset.

I came to attend a housewarming. Medavakkam has a suburban charm but lacks premium restaurants or cafes. Good for families, but a bit dull for youth.

Living here since 2021. I like the lower rent and proximity to work in Perungudi. Weekend markets are vibrant, but roads get flooded during rains.

Rented out a 3BHK to a working couple and I am enjoy the good rental income. Appreciation is also decent and steady.

I love how Medavakkam combines city life with a calm atmosphere. The locality is clean, and everything you need is nearby but finding rides can be hard at times.

This area has good connectivity and is a good area for people who work in the neaby IT hubs. Finding transportaion can be a challange at times.

My tenants are mostly working professionals, and they usually stay for a long time. As for the area, I have grown up here and to me its the perfect place apart from the bad roads it has.

This locality combines affordability with growth potential. It’s clean, safe, and near major job hubs.

Medavakkam is one of the most promising investment zones in South Chennai. The proximity to OMR, Velachery, and the airport adds strong value. Appreciation is steady and consistent.
