Mayur Vihar has outstanding connectivity through the Blue Line and Pink Line metro. I can easily go to Noida, Central Delhi, and even West Delhi. DTC buses and autos are also there.

Our area is mostly clean. Sweepers come every day. Roads are also okay. Some drains overflow in monsoon. Still, compared to other parts of Delhi, it is better. People also keep their surroundings neat.

I feel safe walking here at night. There are streetlights in most places. Police vans also move around. There are many families living here. Sometimes, late night in Sector 3 feels a bit lonely. But nothing scary has happened.

Main roads are broad. Inside sectors, roads are narrow. Traffic is okay in the morning. But in the evening, there may be a jam near the signal. People don’t follow rules sometimes. That creates confusion.

We have various good parks in this area. I go walking every morning on nearby DDA park. Children also come to play. There are also various other parks in Parks are clean and have benches. Some parks don’t have working lights. But overall, green space is nice.

We can buy most things from the market nearby. The market area has vegetables, groceries, clothes and all other necessities. Small shops are friendly. Big malls are not far. On weekends, markets get crowded. Parking is hard sometimes. Many people have cars. Older flats don’t have proper space. I park on the road.
