It is a peaceful and family-friendly locality with essential amenities, though better connectivity and infrastructure are still needed.

With low entry prices with long-term growth investment, but slower growth than prime Gurgaon sectors.

Owning a property in this area it has good for families with a calm environment and basic facilities, though infrastructure and transport need improvement.

It is quiet and affordable locality with greenery around, but daily commute and fewer nearby amenities can be a drawback.

The shared auto connectivity to Sohna Road is okay but takes time. Buses are rare on this route. The main stretch gets heavily dusty due to regular moving dumpers.

Rents are very cheap here compared to main Gurgaon sectors. Basic grocery shops and daily markets are close by. Only issue is frequent power cuts in the afternoon.

The roads are completely broken with huge potholes, making evening walks very risky. Streetlights don't work in most inner lanes... total dark after 7 PM.

Good place if you are on a tight budget. Local food joints and messes serve meals at very less cost. The neighborhood is simple and people are helpful.

Heavy traffic blocks happen near the main entry line because of bad road conditions. Customers find it tough to park their bikes near the shop. Dust is a constant headache.

Water timings are fixed and supply is manageable if you have a borewell or tank. The area is peaceful and away from city rush. Basic medical shops are nearby.

Local schools and small clinics are within walking distance, so no long travel needed. The area is quiet and safe for kids to play inside the colony lanes.

I visit this place for meeting relatives. The approach roads are very bumpy and full of dirt tracks. Finding a proper public transport option after dark is difficult.
