A very quiet but open area with lots of space. The problem is the lack of streetlighting in some lanes

Peaceful area and it's developing slowly. There are supermarkets and small grocery stores. No malls or big cafes yet

Rent is affordable but there's limited properties here. Not many gated societies too with modern amenities. Roads are also not great. Monsoons are horrible due to waterlogging

Good place for budget land investment near Chennai. more houses coming up and some builders have started villa projects. But social infrastructure like hospitals and malls are still lacking
