I work at The Central which is very close to where I stay. Though there are various bus stops nearby I prefer using my vehicle as I can reach office faster.
If you’re okay with smaller returns and a bit of management effort, Mandala makes financial sense. Just don’t expect rapid appreciation.
I have a 2 BHK which I rent out and it has never been vacant. Not just my house, it's the same for every household. This is such as nice area.
The markets is nearby, and commute options are plenty. But you’ll have to live with noise, especially from autorickshaws and local traffic.
