My only issue here is that the area is not clean as there are mutiple areas where garbage has been dumped. Apart from that it's a good area to live in

I work at The Central which is very close to where I stay. Though there are various bus stops nearby I prefer using my vehicle as I can reach office faster.

If you’re okay with smaller returns and a bit of management effort, Mandala makes financial sense. Just don’t expect rapid appreciation.

The markets is nearby, and commute options are plenty. But you’ll have to live with noise, especially from autorickshaws and local traffic.
