This area is green and the Marine Drive stretch is very close as well. I have been here for the last 1 year and I am enjoying this place very much.

We’ve lived here for years and it’s the rare part of Mumbai that feels untouched by the chaos. Maintenance is high but totally worth it.

This area is for long-term appreciation and prestige. Tenants are very selective here and the same can be said for buyers as well.

This is a peaceful and well-policed area but running daily errands or finding parking for guests is hard .

Honestly, it feels like a bubble. It’s well-kept, prestigious, and safe, but not everyone will enjoy how quiet and conservative it is.
