Rent is affordable here but no public transport so you have to have your own vehicle.

Land prices are very low here. I bought my house around 10 years ago. The space is huge but development has been slow. We’ve been waiting for proper drainage and street lighting for quite some time.

It's a secluded place from main city so it's quite hectic to travel to the main city for grocery runs and work commutes. Water supply is also mostly inconsistent here, especially during summers.

It’s quiet and great for remote work. No traffic noise, just birds and the occasional bike. But there's nothing within this area except a few local eateries and kirana stores.

It's peaceful and less crowded compared to the city core. I love the greenery around but network is very bad here, especially during monsoon.

The drainage system across Kanakaraya Thottam Pulianthope completely struggles whenever it rains for even an hour. Public transport connectivity drops down to zero late at night, making travel unsafe.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Sr Enclave Prasanth Nagar Malkajgiri is getting worse day by day. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out.

The streets around Appa Junction feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay., manage somehow.

Getting shared autos or e-rickshaws around here takes just 5 minutes. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work.

The streets around Mohammed Ali Rd feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright....

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Hennur. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Santacruz West Santacruz are kept tidy. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle. NGL

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in Jal Vihar Colony Sector 46 and civic trucks don't clear it daily. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out. truly annoying.

Shops for all daily essentials are within walking distance inside Sampangi Rama Nagar. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare. NGL

Moving around Malleswaram is very easy because the wide internal roads keep traffic flowing nicely. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.
