Living here since 2020, and the area has been convenient for many reasons. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and local vendors are within reach. But it's better to have your own vehicle to move around the city, as public transport is limited

It's a peaceful residential locality, and properties prices are affordable too. I like the quiet environment with minimal noise.

It is a safe and clean area in Chennai. The rent is affordable, and public transportation like bus stops are nearby. Metro connectivity is not there yet, but local autos run frequently.

Attended a function here with my friends, and the area felt very congested. There was no parking space, and some lanes had no street lighting. Could be a one-time experience, but the area felt outdated.

I bought a 2 BHK here in 2022, and the prices have risen by 15.85% over the years. It's a developing area and there has been a talk about metro expansion too. Once that's done, the area will become more desirable and accessible.

I really like the calm environment of Madambakkam. The area feels peaceful and family-friendly. I often visit Madambakkam Lake in the mornings for a walk. Daily needs are easy to manage with local shops and supermarkets nearby.

Fro travelling in Madambakkam, there are bus stops. Metro station is far away. Temples like Sri Dhenupureeswarar Temple give the area a nice traditional feel. Rent is reasonable, and the locality feels safe.
