Commuting is a breeze from here via the local train station. I love that everything I need is just a short walk away from cafes, gyms, and even some good restaurants.

Lower Parel West is a booming locality. The area is rapidly becoming a hub for professionals and businesses, so rental demand is high. There are shopping malls, restaurants, and offices nearby. My property value has appreciated steadily in the last 2-3 years.

There are lots of cafes, shopping options, and parks around. The area is very accessible, and I had no trouble getting there.

I feel that the area is always crowded. The noise levels can be overwhelming, especially during weekends. The roads are congested, and parking is a nightmare. Rent is on the higher side,

It’s a busy area and gets heavy traffic. The parking options are limited. Still, tenants are willing to pay the premium for the convenience.
