Lower Parel is perfect for working professionals. I work in IT and my office is nearby, so no long travel. Lots of cafes, pubs, and gyms here. Rent is high, but you’re paying for the lifestyle.

Lower Parel has premium societies and good security. I work in finance, and this place is ideal for my routine. Public transport, including train and bus, is easily available. Only issue is the high living cost.

My office is in Elphinstone, and Lower Parel is nearby. Takes me hardly 10 minutes by walk. Plenty of gyms and salons around. Weekend bars are always full. Not many parks though.

I love checking out street-style stuff and Lower Parel has some cool spots tucked in between the big towers. There were local accessory shops and cute little cafés – had a chilled iced coffee at a tiny artsy place. Felt like a mix of new-age and old Bombay

Went to see a few projects in Lower Parel. Area is posh, full of skyscrapers. Investment here needs serious money, but returns are also high. Good if you're targeting premium segment.

Moved in recently. Connectivity is great—train, bus, cab, everything available. Lots of restaurants and gyms too. But buildings are too close to each other. No open space or proper ventilation in many flats.

Mumbai is fast, and Lower Parel is even faster. Big towers, good roads, strong infrastructure. I liked the area but need to plan budget properly. Small flat here costs a lot.

Lower Parel is a super-connected area. Trains, metro, monorail and cabs are easily available. Tulsi Pipe Road saves time, but traffic is still crazy in peak hours. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are there.

Lower Parel has a strong rental market, mostly the corporate people. Has excellent connectivity via rail, metro and major roads like NM Joshi Marg and Coastal Road. Prices are already premium, so growth is steady rather than dramatic.

Honestly, I am loving it here. All premium gyms, malls, and food joints are around. Metro at Acharya Atre Chowk makes travel smooth. Safe, lively, and everything at your doorstep. The area is costly, but the lifestyle is top level.

Train and metro connectivity is amazing. Yes, traffic and noise are part of life here, but the convenience you get compensates. Great place for city lovers and professionals.

Lower Parel is a good place, but very busy. I stay here for office convenience, commute is fast with Currey Road and Worli Metro options. But the neighbourhood is always buzzing, not much calm.
