It's one of the peaceful areas in Mumbai and compared to other parts of Malad East, this is relatively economical too. Rental options are somehow limited but flats are well-built and the area has good facilities. It's close to major work hubs like Goregaon too.

The area has its pros and cons. Pros include good public transport, especially metro access, and vibrant atmosphere with cafes around. Cons is traffic and overpopulation which makes it very congested.

Noise pollution is very frustrating here as the apartment I live in is close to main road. The area also experiences huge traffic jams and some lanes are very dirty. Good part is the accessibility to different areas via metro.

Visited my cousin here and found the streets very unclean and narrow. Parking space is limited too. I only liked the Saffron's Cafe and Bistro here.

Property prices are decent here, not too expensive and not cheap either. Considering the infrastructure, it has huge scope to appreciate. My rental properties get lots of demand as they are close to IT parks in Goregaon.
