Rent is very cheap here as compared to yakutpura and santosh nagar..its not fancy but livable..

lanes can be a bit of a squeeze for cars during peak hours. you definitely want a bike if you’re living in these internal lanes...

Kumarwadi colony has developed a lot in last 5 years ..it is now well connected to many areas in the city..but the lack of metro is a problem for many people here..u have to have your own vehicle

The area gets very dusty and noisy during the dayy..nights are peaceful but sometimes feels bit isolated

food scene is great here. we got many local restaurants for hyderabad food..

Kumarwadi Colony has old city feel, dense and busy but that is just how this part of Hyderabad is. Rents are low for what you get. Yakutpura Railway Station is close which helps. Autos are around but the lanes get very tight.

Traditional neighbourhood with a strong community character. Princess Esra Hospital nearby handles most medical needs. Roads inside are narrow but the area is familiar and walkable for daily necessities.

Getting to the industrial areas or commercial hubs takes time from here, peak hour traffic on the main roads is genuinely bad. Railway station being close helps for longer travel. Metro is 4 km out, need a vehicle daily.

Kumarwadi Colony is dense, noisy, and parking is practically nonexistent on the inner lanes. But it is a close-knit area where everyone knows each other and daily life has a rhythm to it. Not leaving anytime soon despite the chaos.

Schools are accessible and the neighbourhood has a community feel that most newer areas lack. It is busy through the day though and open play space for kids is very limited inside. Streets are safe enough but crowded.

Real estate prices are among the lowest in Hyderabad for an established locality this close to railway and metro access. Rental demand from working-class tenants stays consistent. Not a premium market but occupancy is steady and returns are reliable.

Old city charm, busy lanes, and a pace that is all its own. Gets crowded and navigation through the inner roads takes some getting used to. Himmatpura and Rein Bazar bus stops make it accessible without a vehicle though.

Deccan College of Medical Sciences and Mumtaz Degree College are close which makes this a practical base. PG rents are very affordable. Food is cheap and good around here. Area is chaotic but manageable once you settle into it.

Inner lanes are too narrow for delivery vehicles and loading space is almost nonexistent. Fazeel Usmani Road helps for movement but peak hours make even that stretch painful.

Too noisy and congested for comfortable daily living at this age. Lanes are difficult to walk with uneven surfaces and no proper footpaths in many stretches. Princess Esra Hospital being close is the one thing that gives real peace of mind.
