Owning a beach-facing house here is a blessing. It's ideal for weekend getaways and family gatherings, though maintenance from salty air is a hassle.

I purchased a plot two years ago. Development is happening slowly, but the long-term potential is there. Rentals aren't consistent yet.

We shifted here after retirement. It’s calm, has beautiful sea views, and friendly neighbors. No major hospitals nearby though.

Rented a small house here while studying nearby. Area is quiet, but nothing to do in the evenings.

Living in Kovalam has improved my mental well-being. The beach walks, clean air, and silence are priceless. My only complaint is the lack of frequent public transport.
