I've been living here for a year, and it's been good overall. There are a lot of essential services close by—like pharmacies, schools, and banks.

Kotturpuram is an excellent area for families. It's peaceful, clean, and well-connected to the city. Schools and hospitals are nearby, but rent here can be a bit on the higher side.

Kotturpuram is an old, established locality with large, spacious homes. It has great connectivity to key parts of Chennai. The greenery and calm are what make it special. But prices are on the higher side.

Living here is like being in a quiet part of Chennai but still having easy access to the busy city. Bus and metro stations are close. It's safe too, with streetlights and regular patrols.

I was looking for a quieter area close to nature, and Kotturpuram fits the bill. The area is clean, green, and peaceful, with a good sense of community. However, there’s not much nightlife.
