Kosappur is near my work place. The locality is still developing, so facilities are limited. Roads are improving slowly. It’s not very lively, but it is peaceful.

I enjoy the calm surroundings in Kosappur. The area feels open and less polluted. Travelling towards Red Hills is manageable by bus. Local shops take care of daily needs.

I bought my home here five years ago because of the calm and less polluted environment. Compared to central Chennai, Kosapur is quieter, with less honking and fewer traffic snarls. But the area lacks basic infrastructure, like wide roads, drainage systems, and consistent water supply. Some streets flood in heavy rains.

The area feels open and spacious. Rent is low too. Daily needs are available. The public transport is also good but no direct metro from here. No social life too because cafes and malls are far.

It's not a vibrant area in Chennai. Mostly feels isolated but peaceful for work from home setup. I have a hybrid work mode so I go to office only thrice a week. I'd recommend having your own vehicle because public transport is limited

It's a growing residential area and having a home here is peaceful. But don't expect any high-end luxurious apartments here. It's a mix of independent buildings and basic gated societies. Affordable to buy.

Price appreciation is good here. I have a property here on rent. Bought in 8 years ago. Resale value is expected to go up due to several residential projects and improving connectivity. I only wish development was fast. It's not for quick returns.
