The rent in Korukkupet is manageable compared to central Chennai. I usually take the metro from Tondiarpet Metro Station, which is close enough. Roads like Ennore High Road can get busy in peak hours, but autos and buses are easily available.

The area has changed slowly over time. Earlier it was more industrial, but now more families are settling here. We have easy access to schools, temples, and hospitals nearby. I usually visit local markets near Tondiarpet for daily shopping.

Living in Korukkupet is practical but not very comfortable if you like quiet surroundings. I work in sales, so moving around is easy with frequent buses on Tiruvottiyur High Road. But traffic gets heavy, especially near Tondiarpet Market. Parking is a problem in inner streets.
