I stay close to Konnur High Road as its easy to access buses and autos. Area’s a bit congested but safe. Shops and eateries are all around. Bit noisy in the mornings.

Good location for investors targeting budget-conscious tenants. Property appreciation isn’t fast, but it’s stable. Nearby infrastructure projects could help push it up in coming years.

The area has potential as it’s centrally located but still affordable. With proper municipal attention, Konnur could really shine. For now, it's great for middle-income families.

Been staying in a shared flat here and I have no major complaints. Power and water are fine. Streetlights work, and the area feels alive, but traffic noise is constant.

Konnur’s an old neighborhood with heart. It’s not posh, but people are friendly and rooted. Homes here are solidly built. Wish the roads were maintained better.
