Living in Kolapakkam for 5 years, and I appreciate the peaceful environment and closeness to schools like Omega International. My daughters go there and it's merely 2 km from our rented flat. However, some internal roads need better maintenance.

The area is rapidly emerging as a residential hotspot in Chennai. The proximity to educational facilities and major healthcare is driving the value. I bought a 2 BHK property here in 2022, and the prices have risen by 31% over the years. It surely has promising value.

My wife and I bought a 2 BHK in Casagrand Woodside last year. It's close to our offices, and daily essentials like grocery stores are easily accessible. But if you don't have your own vehicle, you may struggle because there's no direct metro from here.

Have rented 1 BHK here, and the area has severe waterlogging issues. It's generally a quiet locality but some lanes are very noisy and congested.

Visited to check out a property here. The locality is surely promising with ongoing developments. Infrastructure needs improvement in certain lanes, like road maintainence and drainage systems.

Kolapakkam is good and well connected suburb of Chennai, popular for its historic Agastheeshwarar Temple and peaceful atmosphere. The place is serene and calm atmosphere with schools and temples all over the place. Best for families to lead a peaceful life ahead.
