The area is safe and vibrant but the lack of proper waste management can make it unbearable at times. The garbarge collection is hardly punctual, and the traffic makes it noisy during afternoons. Some parts of the area are quiet and peaceful, though. If you're up on recreation, there are plenty of spots nearby.
