I have a flat in Kilpauk. It is a lovely, old neighbourhood. Very close to everything - hospital, metro, market. Calm roads and friendly people are there.

The best thing about Kilpauk is that it's close to everything. The public transport options are good. It is close to Anna Nagar, Egmore and Chetpet. Schools and clinics are plenty. But it’s tough to find parking near most buildings.

Kilpauk has been my home for more than 25 years. It is a quiet place in the middle of the city. There are various groceries, retail shops, shopping malls and markets nearby. Only issue now is traffic near Kilpauk Garden Road

I work in IT and live in Kilpauk to stay closer to the city. It is well-connected by metro and bus. The area feels posh and peaceful. The rental flats are slightly expensive.

Kilpauk is nice, no doubt. But as an outsider, I found it a bit too silent. Area has charm and clean roads, but not much buzz. Good for living, not great for fast rental returns.

Attended a pooja in one of the old temples in Kilpauk. The area has many such spiritual places that are well maintained. Felt peaceful. Streets are narrow in some places, but people are respectful.

I moved here with my parents. There are hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics all within 10 minutes. It's ideal for elder people. But it lacks parks or open spaces for walking.

Kilpauk is an well known neighborhood that grows steadily. Roads and facilities are good, and property values are strong. It’s a safe choice for investors looking for long-term returns, though quick profits are doubtful.

Kilpauk is a proven area that grows slowly. Roads and facilities are good, and property values are steady. It’s good for investors who want safe, long-term returns, but quick profits are rare.

Living in Kilpauk is easy and busy. Schools, hospitals, and shops are nearby. Public transport is good, and getting to central Chennai or offices is simple. The area feels safe with families and working people around.

Visiting Kilpauk feels busy but comfortable. There are markets, restaurants, and temples, and hospitals are easy to reach. The streets are lively but not too crowded, giving a real feel of Chennai life.

Owning a home in Kilpauk feels easy and worry-free. Families and working people want to rent here, and the area is well-given. Property values are steady, so it’s a safe place to own a home.

Kilpauk is well-connected with metro, buses, and train connectivity is very much comfortable to commute. And the amentities are very much accessible for everyone.

This area has well-developed infrastructure and roadways are very good. It has hospitals, schools, and college are closer from this area.

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Kanakaraya Thottam Pulianthope layout. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand.

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Sr Enclave Prasanth Nagar Malkajgiri layout. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand.

Shops for all daily essentials are within walking distance inside Appa Junction. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Vanasthalipuram. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers....

The streets around Kompally feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright. sorted.

The streets around Hennur feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay.

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily. TBH

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Jal Vihar Colony Sector 46 layout. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Sector 43 are kept tidy. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare. TBH
