Asia's largest bus terminal recently opened in Kilambakkam. I bought a property here before it was built, and now its value has tripled. With buses to all parts of Tamil Nadu starting from here, the area is rapidly developing, and property prices are only going up.

This area is away from the city with green and calm area with limited bus connectivity for this area. there is no metro station in this area only through sevvaped road railway is closerby.

Rents for this area is quite low compared to other main areas but the area is temples and parks are closer. And the area has better connectivity via buses and autos.

Rental properties are easily available for this area and 1 bhk rental property ranges from Rs. 6k in this area. The area is quiet and calm great for families and working professionals.

I invested in a plot near Kilambakkam, close to the Avadi and it has better connectivity via road Thiruvallur main road it connects the other areas as well.
