Khoni road condition outside the complex are very bad like riddled with potholes bec of the heavy industrial traffic. It feels like the infrastructure outside hasn't kept pace with the residential growth of the area.
This part of Mumbai is well connected. I can easily find shared autos and buses for office. Lots of food choices and shops around.
The roads are very bad and full of potholes. During rains the whole area gets waterlogged. Getting an auto is total loot here.
