The commute is the biggest hurdle because the Kalyan-Bhiwandi Road is perpetually jammed with heavy trucks. Getting to Thane station takes forever during peak hours which is exhausting.

there aren't many cafes or bars nearby so I mostly rely on Zomato for food. It is quiet but can feel a bit lonely.

The area is developing fast and I can see more commercial shops opening up near the Khoni junction. I hope the upcoming Metro line 5 work finishes soon because that will change the game for us.

The air is much fresher here than in the congested parts of Bhiwandi or Mumbai. I enjoy the open views and the walking tracks inside my society

Khoni road condition outside the complex are very bad like riddled with potholes bec of the heavy industrial traffic. It feels like the infrastructure outside hasn't kept pace with the residential growth of the area.
