Been staying here for many years. Khar West is a good place for families. Peaceful lanes, good schools close by, and hospitals aren’t far.

Moved here for work in Bandra and it’s been super convenient. Shared cabs, buses, trains are right there. The streets are clean, and safety isn’t an issue even at night.

I invested here purely for rental return. Young professionals love this area. Airport and stations are not far, and amenities are top-notch. But parking is a pain unless the building has basement space.

Though rent is very high area is very peaceful and is also very safe at night.

Khar West is one of the most dependable upscale investment zones in Mumbai. Property prices are high, but so are the returns. It’s perfect for long-term, stable appreciation.
