Though rent is very high area is very peaceful and is also very safe at night.

Khar West is one of the most dependable upscale investment zones in Mumbai. Property prices are high, but so are the returns. It’s perfect for long-term, stable appreciation.

Khar West offers a good blend of city life and calm residential charm. Markets, schools, and restaurants are all within walking distance but there is too much traffic on Linking Road.

Been staying here for many years. Khar West is a good place for families. Peaceful lanes, good schools close by, and hospitals aren’t far.

Moved here for work in Bandra and it’s been super convenient. Shared cabs, buses, trains are right there. The streets are clean, and safety isn’t an issue even at night.

I invested here purely for rental return. Young professionals love this area. Airport and stations are not far, and amenities are top-notch. But parking is a pain unless the building has basement space.

Visited my old school friend who lives here. Khar West feels safe and well-maintained. Plenty of trees, and even walking in the lanes feels pleasant. But auto rickshaws refuse rides often or overcharge.

Khar West is perfect if you like a city buzz but want a quiet lane. Some streets are very peaceful and tree-lined. The area is walkable. Vegetables and daily items cost more than in other suburbs.

I looked at Khar West for my retirement home. Clean roads, good clinics, beach not too far - everything’s nice. A bit expensive, but quality of life is high.
