It's a nice area and affordable too. There is less congestion here, so streets are mostly empty but there are some industrial zones near our apartment which creates too much dust and noise during afternoons.

Renting a 1 BHK here and I like the area except a few things that need attention - some lanes are congested and lack proper gargbage disposal. Bus stops are usually crowded and littering is very common here. On the good side, there's a small food joint where they serve nice dosa for breakfast.

It has developed a lot in the past decade. Roads are well-built and new residential apartments have come up but cleanliness is still a concern. Most lanes are dirty and littered. But, it's a safe and decent area for families

The area is usually very dusty due to industrial work. Local eateries are there but no fancy cafes as such.

Rent is affordable here. I have found a 2 BHK at 13,000 and basic essentials are within reach. You may have to compromise on strong public transport and fancy cafes or restaurents, but overall, it's fine
