I rented a 2BHK in Kavanur six months ago. The place is peaceful, not much noise around. It's a little far from the city centre, but since I work from home most days, that’s not a problem. We get regular water, and electricity issues are rare. There are a few small grocery stores nearby.

I invested in a plot in Kavanur three years ago. At that time, it was just starting to grow. Now there are more houses, and some apartment projects coming up. It’s still affordable, and I believe the value will rise slowly as industries nearby expand.

I own a small 2BHK flat which I rent to a young couple. The area doesn’t have high-end features, but people prefer it for low rents and simple living. There’s a school nearby, and the bus stop is just 5 minutes away. The rental income is consistent.

Staying here has been a decent experience so far. The rent is quite affordable compared to many parts of Chennai. Commuting is okay if you have a two-wheeler. Public transport isn’t that frequent, though. I like that the area is not crowded, and there’s a good amount of greenery.

We’ve been living in Kavanur for over 6 years now. It’s a peaceful place, not too far from essential facilities. Our neighbors are kind and supportive. The road outside was fixed recently, so commuting has become better. It’s not crowded like central Chennai, which we like.
