Katwaria Sarai is in a central zone. Metro is close, and Saket isn’t far. I feel the resale value will improve as the area cleans up. Right now, some parts look unorganized and messy.

I moved here for work. The location is perfect for my commute—close to office and metro stations. There’s a lot of food variety around. But rent is a bit on the higher side compared to nearby localities.

I bought a small flat here for rental income. Many students and UPSC aspirants live in this area. Rooms get rented fast, even single units. But buildings are too close to each other.

I rent out my property here, and it’s in high demand because it's close to the metro and markets. People like the area, but the roads could be better maintained.

Staying here feels safe. There are good schools and hospitals nearby, so it's great for families. The metro and buses are easily accessible.

Katwaria Sarai is perfect for my daily life. The area is close to IIT Delhi, so travel is short. PGs, hostels, and budget flats are everywhere. Food options are plenty, from small dhabas to cafes.
