This area hits a sweet spot station, markets, schools are close, so daily stuff is easy. The peace & green patches help you feel away from hectic city-buzz. But yeah, mornings & evenings near the station or main road are noisy & congested. New societies are decent, but spots still under construction or service delivery lags. For what you pay, it’s one of the better choices if you don’t want to stretch until the city center.
