Biggest plus is Kanhiya Nagar metro is very close, so travelling is easy. Markets are nearby and everything is available quickly. Only problem is galiyan are narrow and parking is difficult. Otherwise, good place for working people.

This area is convenient for daily life. Sab kuch paas mein mil jata hai vegetables, grocery, food stalls. Rent is also not too high compared to other Delhi areas. But area is crowded and sometimes noisy. Good for budget living.

Area is very active and full of shops..you won’t feel any shortage of food or daily needs. But streets are narrow and traffic inside can get messy. Overall, a typical North Delhi crowded area.

This location is very strong because of metro and nearby markets like Tri Nagar. Property demand is always there...area is old, so roads and parking are issues, but still people prefer this area because everything is close.

For investment, this area is much stable. Prices are mid-range and rental demand is always there because of connectivity. Not a premium area, but safe for long-term returns. Good for rental income, especially small units.
