Kane phata is more like an industrial than residential place..there are lots of open plots here..but the good thing is the low cost of living..
its very quiet area..so not very safe to go out post 8pm. street are not well lit
the traffic on talegaon chakan highway is massive at times..but good thing we have plenty of open space within..the local panchayat is also quite active in maintaining basic infra
the local market is expanding and we now have better access to banks and pharmacies. We do face some issues with dust because of the ongoing road work on the highway..
I have invested in a couple of 1 bhk units because the rental demand from the industrial workforce is decent..but unless connectivity and infra improves, values will less likely to grow

Getting a share auto from Kane Phata junction in the morning is a massive headache. They block the whole left turn and nobody follows lanes. Daily travelling to work takes double the time because of this mess.
Markets here are very handy for daily vegetable shopping, you get everything just a walk away. The main road has good grocery shops and pharmacies too. Only issue is evening traffic but managing is easy if you walk.
The streets around here are quite safe and well lit even after 9 PM. Streets are wide enough for walking and there are a couple of nice green spaces nearby where everyone gathers. Very decent area for staying.
Water supply is the only big problem in this area now. The municipal water comes only for 1 hour in the morning and the pressure is very low, so houses are totally dependent on private tankers.
This area is quite central and driving to the highway or going towards Chakan is very fast from here. Petrol pumps and garages are all nearby. It is a good practical location if you own a car.
Too much dust and noise here nowadays because of heavy trucks moving through the main road all night. It gets very loud after 11 PM and sleeping peacefully is difficult...
Parking is a major headache whenever I come here on weekends. The inner lanes are narrow and cars are parked on both sides, so turning the vehicle becomes very tough. Better to come on a bike.
Rents are decent here right now, you easily get 15k for a standard flat. Demand is high because many people working in nearby industrial hubs prefer staying here. Decent returns for the money spent.
Plenty of cheap food messes and tea stalls are open near the main road corners till late. Finding pocket friendly snacks or a quick bite after evening classes is never a problem here... quite chill.
Garbage is just dumped openly near the main corner plot and it sits there for days. The whole spot smells bad and flies keep coming, civic body should clean it daily.
