Living near Kanhe Phata offers a perfect balance for my career. The seamless connectivity to the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway makes traveling to Hinjewadi IT Park efficient. After work, I enjoy the peaceful surroundings, which are a welcome change from the city’s constant hustle and bustle.

We love the serene environment here. Being close to reputable institutions like the B.K. Birla Centre for Education ensures great schooling for our children. The area is safe, quiet, and offers plenty of open space for kids to play, making it an ideal, healthy place to raise our family.

I really value the active lifestyle possible in Kanhe. The lush, hilly landscapes provide a stunning backdrop for my daily runs and morning cycling sessions. Plus, many of the newer residential complexes come equipped with modern gyms and swimming pools, helping me easily maintain my fitness routine.

With easy access to public transport and proximity to various colleges in the Talegaon area, commuting is stress-free. The neighborhood is affordable and quiet, creating a focused atmosphere that is perfect for studying while keeping essential daily shops nearby.

I truly appreciate the calm and secure nature of this area. Having essential grocery stores, local markets for fresh produce, and proximity to Kanhe Gramin General Hospital makes my daily routine very comfortable. It is a clean, peaceful place where I feel safe and connected to the beautiful surroundings.

Kane phata is more like an industrial than residential place..there are lots of open plots here..but the good thing is the low cost of living..

its very quiet area..so not very safe to go out post 8pm. street are not well lit

the traffic on talegaon chakan highway is massive at times..but good thing we have plenty of open space within..the local panchayat is also quite active in maintaining basic infra

the local market is expanding and we now have better access to banks and pharmacies. We do face some issues with dust because of the ongoing road work on the highway..

I have invested in a couple of 1 bhk units because the rental demand from the industrial workforce is decent..but unless connectivity and infra improves, values will less likely to grow

Getting a share auto from Kane Phata junction in the morning is a massive headache. They block the whole left turn and nobody follows lanes. Daily travelling to work takes double the time because of this mess.

Markets here are very handy for daily vegetable shopping, you get everything just a walk away. The main road has good grocery shops and pharmacies too. Only issue is evening traffic but managing is easy if you walk.

The streets around here are quite safe and well lit even after 9 PM. Streets are wide enough for walking and there are a couple of nice green spaces nearby where everyone gathers. Very decent area for staying.

Water supply is the only big problem in this area now. The municipal water comes only for 1 hour in the morning and the pressure is very low, so houses are totally dependent on private tankers.

This area is quite central and driving to the highway or going towards Chakan is very fast from here. Petrol pumps and garages are all nearby. It is a good practical location if you own a car.

Too much dust and noise here nowadays because of heavy trucks moving through the main road all night. It gets very loud after 11 PM and sleeping peacefully is difficult...

Parking is a major headache whenever I come here on weekends. The inner lanes are narrow and cars are parked on both sides, so turning the vehicle becomes very tough. Better to come on a bike.

Rents are decent here right now, you easily get 15k for a standard flat. Demand is high because many people working in nearby industrial hubs prefer staying here. Decent returns for the money spent.

Plenty of cheap food messes and tea stalls are open near the main road corners till late. Finding pocket friendly snacks or a quick bite after evening classes is never a problem here... quite chill.

Garbage is just dumped openly near the main corner plot and it sits there for days. The whole spot smells bad and flies keep coming, civic body should clean it daily.

Kane Phata area is decent if you work near Chakan side. Autos near the main chowk charge normal rate only in morning. Rent is around 12k for small flat, which is okayish for this location.

Water supply is the main headache here... tanker comes daily. Roads near the phata get fully choked during peak hours, especially with heavy trucks moving toward the highway. Everything else is fine.

Basic shops and daily mess options are easily available near Kane Phata. The street lights work fine at night so walking around feels safe. Good area for budget living IMO.

Traffic near the junction is very bad every evening. It easily takes 20 minutes just to cross that small stretch on a bike. So much dust on the road RN.

Getting vegetables and medicine is super easy here, everything is nearby. Bus stop is right at the junction so getting transport to Rajgurunagar or Pune city is sorted. Peaceful place to stay.

Footpaths are completely missing near the main road. Walking in the evening is scary because of big trucks speeding past Kane Phata. Area needs better road management.

Parking your car near the shops at Kane Phata is almost impossible. The lanes are very narrow and bikes are parked everywhere randomly. Better to come on a bike if visiting.

Plots and flats here are still cheap compared to main Chakan. Demand for rental rooms is high because of factory workers. Good area for small investment.

Lots of cheap food joints and tea stalls near the phata. Local buses are frequent so going to college is no problem. Electricity goes off sometimes but manageable.

Daily loading and unloading of goods gets delayed because of the morning traffic jam at the phata. Otherwise customer crowd from nearby residential pockets is fine.
