Kamaraj Nagar is lively, and everything is close by. From schools to daily shops, nothing is far. It feels safe and well-connected.

The area is fine for renting, especially if you work nearby. It’s a bit crowded during peak hours, and parking is not always easy. Having small clinics and stores around is useful. Metro is reachable, but not exactly walkable for everyone.

The location is a big advantage, Cafes and eateries around Kodambakkam are easily accessible. Feels safe and active even late in the evening.

Kamaraj Nagar has strong rental potential due to its central location. Proximity to colleges and commercial zones keeps demand high. Access to metro and main roads adds value. Prices are higher, but returns are steady.

The evening jam near the main entry point from the outer ring road is getting worse day by day. Autos overcharge like crazy during peak hours, asking 50 rupees for a short distance. If you depend on public transport late at night, this area is a big pain.

Rent here in Block D Sadatpur Karawal Nagar is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs....

Too much dust from open plots and broken road patches makes riding a bike here a pain. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Dronagiri Navi Mumbai are kept tidy. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand....

Decent area to stay if your office or college is nearby. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle.

Visiting friends in Kalamboli Navi Mumbai is completely fine if you have a bike, but buses get very crowded. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs. sorted.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Saki Vihar Road. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Sector 137 is getting worse day by day. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in Bhiwandi Thane and civic trucks don't clear it daily. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night. truly annoying.

Too much dust from open plots and broken road patches makes riding a bike here a pain. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out. NGL
