I have a problem with water situation here. summers can be tough. Many people here rely on tankers and it can be unpredictable, you have to be judicious in using water.
I bought land here because Tambaram is expanding fast. This area still has relatively affordable entry compared to Chromepet or Pallavaram.
Road conditions really irk me here. Main roads connecting to GST Road are fine but a few internal streets still need better drainage .
