Parks and playgrounds in Kalyan Nagar are well-maintained. I have been living here for 3 years and I can say confidently that it is a good place to live if you have a family.

Kalyan Nagar is a good residential locality. The roads are well-maintained and it is a safe area. But traffic is heavy during peak hours.

It is a quiet and peaceful area. There are many schools, colleges, hospitals and restaurants. The roads are in good condition.

Kalyan Nagar is a is a relatively affordable locality. You can get a decent 1 o r2 apartment at less price compared to other parts of Bangalore. You do not have to compromise with social amenities. You will get all you may need.

Living in Kalyan Nagar for 4 years. I’ve found it easy to get around due to its good commute options. The metro station is nearby. You can also take a bus or auto.

The locality has a safe and green environment, suitable for families. There are several reputed schools and colleges for quality education. For daily essentials, the market is also within a short distance from the locality.

There are major shopping malls like Westside - Prestige Mall within 1 km. You will also get parks, hospitals, restaurants, and cafes without going too far. You can feel secure against all your entertainment, healthcare or other needs.

Kalyan Nagar is safe. It has lots of cafes around. it is also connected to ORR and close to manyata.

I love how close this is to all prominent stations like SMVT, bangalore east and Banaswadi. the area has a friendly vibe and feels vibrant. that said, i do have a massive issue with the traffic which never seems to end

Kalyan Nagar has changed and grown a lot. many new cafes and co working spaces have come up. it is close to tech parks so great for IT professionals. But the footpaths here are getting worse and even for a short distance you have to take an auto as it is tough to walk

I feel kalyan nagar is very cost effective. You get nicer space here versus super premium areas. Public transport is okay with bus and autos although metro station is still a little distance away. If you drive it works best

The area has shown good uplift because of the NH-44 and demand from techies. But not expecting quick returns as there is potential for more improvement in terms of connectivity and better civic anenities
