Kalwad is a quiet area which is why I chose it. Buses are available but not very frequent. Rent is reasonable and flats are spacious. There are small cafes and local gyms around. It’s mostly residential and peaceful.

I shifted to Kalwad to save on rent. This place is still developing. Not many supermarkets or hangout places yet. It is decent for bachelors or couples on a budget. Roads are okay in parts, but dusty during summers.

The area is catching attention lately. The property demand is slowly increasing. The area is still semi-urban in feel. Public transport is average, autos are easily available, but no metro.

You can get open space, small kirana stores, and fresh vegetable stores in Kalwad. I like how quiet it is. Not many parks, but kids play on open plots.

The rental demand is low, but I’m holding my property for appreciation. It is not very well-connected by public transport. Once nearby infrastructure improves, the rates may go up. Right now, it’s a developing locality.
