I visited the Kala Ghoda Art Precinct here last weekend and loved the experience. it has high-end street shopping and art galleries that I loved wandering through. There is Colaba Causeway nearby too which you can explore. But it was too crowded so you can try visiting during the week

I moved here recently and the rent is too high for a 2 BHK flat. I am sharing it with a flatmate and it's a good locality to live in. not very cost-effective though as there's no metro nearby. There's an ongoing metro expansion which i am hoping would ease out the commute

The area is vibrant and offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle with plenty of cafes, malls, historical sites, and gardens nearby. I live here with my family in a rented apartment, and although it's bit expensive as compared to other localities, the lifestyle is convenient and comfortable

Kala Ghoda has seen a major hike in property prices over the years, indicating a good demand and long term appreciation. due to the cultural significance, the demand keeps increasing and so does the infrastructure.

I have a 3 BHK residential property here, which I have rented to some bachelors. the demand is high and despite the expenses, I never struggled to get tenants here. The area is vibrant and luxurious but a metro expansion would make it more appealing and easier for residents.
