Kad Nagar area is still developing, but it’s calm and has that quiet residential feel. Buses and cabs are available. What I really like is the clean roads and parks nearby. Not many cafes yet, but grocery stores and medicals are around.

It used to be quite empty earlier, but now there’s life around. New shops, a few clinics, and kids playing in the park every evening. It feels safe and peaceful, which is great for raising children. Roads have improved a lot, and garbage collection is now regular. Still waiting for a bigger supermarket nearby.

Kad Nagar is not great, not bad. You do get some peace and low rent, but commuting is a bit of a pain unless you have your own bike. Public transport isn’t too regular. The vibe is more like a small township, lots of families and fewer late-night spots. Works well for quiet folks.

Kad Nagar is not very famous, but I see future potential. There are new buildings coming up, and infrastructure is slowly improving. The crowd is mostly working-class and families. Rents are steady, and maintenance is low.
